Luna-P (ルナP) from Bishoujo Senshi Sailormoon (美少女戦士セーラームーン)
Know also as 'Lunaball' or 'Luna Sphere' in the English dubbed version.
This is Chibi-Usa's (ちびうさ - Rini in the English dubbed version), robot friend/protector. It resembles Sailor Moon's cat Luna. It can transform into useful objects and be used as a communicator.
The eyes light up, and it makes sounds when you push it's nose or ears.
