This is Chibi-Usa's (ちびうさ - Rini in the English dubbed version), robot friend/protector. It resembles Sailor Moon's cat Luna. It can transform into useful objects and be used as a communicator.
The eyes light up, and it makes sounds when you push it's nose or ears.
